Your mind is completely under your control.
However so is a car when you drive it, if you allow the car to accelerate without any direction…who knows where you’ll end up?
If I told you to stop for a moment and just think of the word “grass” (in your mind)
You would think the word “grass”.
So why do we take control like that? But other times let our mind go completely off track and often into negative spaces.
It’s simple really…
If you think negative thoughts, you are going to experience negative emotions.
If you think positive thoughts, you are going to experience positive emotions.
The trick is to keep your thoughts on the positive side, even when negative things may be happening to you in your life.
Some of you don’t know it but we really have a great deal of control over our minds that we don’t use as much as we should be.
This means that we become more conditional in our ways of thinking so when good things happen we feel good but when bad things happen we feel bad.
When you realise that the contrasting experience you are going through is simply making the good stuff that much better. You start to think a little differently in each moment and then your life begins to change.
